1. Data controller

2. Customers: data we collect and why

When you book a transfer we collect your name, email, WhatsApp phone number, flight number, date and time, number of passengers and suitcases, destination address and any notes. We use these data to handle your booking request, assign a driver, communicate with you and fulfil the contract (legal basis: performance of a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR), and to comply with tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c).

To perform the transfer we share with the assigned NCC Partner only the data needed for the ride (route, date, time, flight, passengers, luggage, destination and, close to the service, your name and phone number).

3. Partner drivers: data from the “Become a partner” form

When an NCC company or driver fills in the partner form we collect: full name, company name, operating city/area and region, number and type of vehicles, NCC authorization number and issuing municipality, WhatsApp number, email and notes. We use these data only to evaluate the collaboration, contact you and, if we work together, manage the partnership (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR; consent given with the form checkbox). If we do not start a collaboration, the data are deleted within 12 months.

4. Service providers

• Stripe (payments) – card data are handled directly by Stripe, we never see them.
• Resend (sending emails).
• Vercel (website hosting).
• WhatsApp / Meta (messages, only if you contact us there).
• Google Analytics (statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies).

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, under adequate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

5. Cookies

We use technical storage needed for the site to work and, only with your consent, Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Retention

Booking data are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and then for the period required by tax law (usually 10 years for accounting records).

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to booking@nopeatransfer.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
